contacts4business is managed by Julia and Simon who between them have over 25 years experience of integrated sales and marketing campaigns. Importantly, they understand the business issues you face, because they’ve experienced all the pressures and conflicting priorities of running and growing a business themselves.

Julia, Managing Director

The founder of contacts4business and a linchpin in day-to-day campaign planning and operations, Julia provides leadership to the team and manages our key clients.

Prior to starting contacts4business in 2006, Julia ran a network marketing organisation supplying healthcare products, ran her own management development consultancy and gained her MBA from the Open University. Her marketing and client engagement skills have helped dozens of business owners to grow their sales through joined up marketing.

Simon, Creative Director

Our marketing strategist and planner, Simon was previously Sales & Marketing Director and co-owner at IT security consultancy and reseller Metadigm, where he helped the company double its revenues in 2 years prior to its sale to Blend IT in 2009.

Prior to this, Simon ran the international sales and marketing team at Equisys, a global document management software company. His other senior and director-level marketing experience includes stints as VP of Marketing at RBS/Worldpay, and as a Marketing Manager at BT and Reed Elsevier.

Heather, Telemarketer

A reliable and process-driven project manager, Heather will make sure that your telemarketing project runs smoothly, on time and that it generates results. With hundreds of telemarketing projects under her belt, Heather knows a lot about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to telemarketing.

Heather is supremely well organised, and has worked in Marketing Executive roles for various companies including Red Arrow Marketing, Newbury Direct Marketing, Southern Electric Gas and Medipost.

Lisa, Telemarketer

Lisa is a ‘natural’ on the phone, with an intelligent, naturally inquisitive approach to telemarketing that gets her results. She’s able to engage easily with her contacts and to deliver high quality leads for the clients whose campaigns she works on.

Before joining contacts4business in 2007, Lisa spent 10 years as an officer for the Inland Revenue, honing her customer service skills in face-to-face and telephone-based contact with the public.  Lisa also runs and teaches at her own hugely successful dance school, which means she’s well used to the pressures and pleasures of running a business.
